This policy explains what unblur collects when you visit or buy from this store, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Order details. Name, shipping and billing address, email, phone if you give it, and what you bought. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and we never see your full card number.
Quiz answers. The eyewear you choose, the power you enter, the tint and the number of pairs. We use them to show your result and to pick the right pack. We treat the power you enter as order information, not as a medical record, and we do not ask for or store a copy of your prescription unless you send one to support.
Messages. What you send to support, including any photo you choose to attach.
Device and usage data. Pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address, collected with cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

To take payment, ship your order and handle swaps and returns.
To answer you.
To send marketing email, only if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To measure and improve the store and our advertising.
To prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the store for us: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, our fulfilment and shipping partners, email and analytics tools, and advertising platforms. They receive only what they need. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as a sale or sharing under certain state laws, and you can opt out through the cookie banner or by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@unblur.vision and we will act on a verified request within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including in the United States and Canada, by us and by our service providers.
