These terms apply when you use this store or buy from unblur. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

unblur lens patches are a vision accessory. unblur is not a prescription service, not an optician and not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not examine, prescribe, dispense or check a prescription. You choose the power and we send a lens in that power. The lenses are sphere only and do not correct astigmatism. They do not replace an eye exam or your own prescription eyewear. See an optometrist if you have not had your eyes checked in a while.

Using the product

Follow the instruction card. Check the view somewhere safe before you rely on it. You decide whether it is suitable for driving, riding, sport or work, and you remain responsible for meeting any legal vision standard that applies to you. The patch adds no impact protection and does not change or carry the safety rating of the eyewear, goggle, mask or visor it is applied to.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud, and we will refund anything paid for a cancelled order. Product images show the product presentation and packaging may vary.

Shipping, swaps and returns

See the shipping policy and the refund policy, which are part of these terms. The 30 day wrong power swap and free shipping over 49 dollars are the guarantees we make.

Discount codes

One code per order unless stated. Codes have no cash value and we may withdraw them.

Your account and conduct

Give accurate information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with it or copy its content. The name unblur, the wordmark, the text and the images belong to us or our licensors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the product and the site are provided as they are, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact
