Where we ship

The United States is our launch market. If checkout accepts your address, we ship there. Canada is not open yet.

How long

Orders are packed within one business day. Transit to the United States is 7 to 12 days from dispatch. If you are buying for a trip, a season or an event, work back from that window and order with room.

What it costs

Free on orders over 49 dollars. Under 49 dollars, a flat 4.90, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. It can sit quiet for the first few days while the parcel moves between hubs. That is normal.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes outside the United States are the buyer's to pay and are not included in our prices.

Lost or late

If tracking has not moved for 10 days, or the parcel has not arrived 20 days after dispatch, email support@unblur.vision and we will trace it or send a replacement.
